Terms of Service
In short: I provide exam-preparation tutoring. I can't guarantee results. Hours are prepaid, sessions can be cancelled with 48 hours' notice, and the materials are for your own use.
1. About these terms
These terms apply when you use the TutorClinical website or buy tutoring from Dr. Mohammed N. Qibi, MD ("I", "me"), an independent tutor based in Iraq. By creating an account, booking a session, or paying for a package, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.
2. What I offer
One-to-one and group tutoring and practice material for medical licensing exams, mainly USMLE Step 3 and its CCS cases, and also MCCQE Part 1 and MRCP (UK) / MRCPI Part 1. Sessions are held online.
TutorClinical is independent. It is not affiliated with or endorsed by the NBME, FSMB, USMLE, ECFMG, the Medical Council of Canada, the Royal Colleges of Physicians, UWorld, or any question bank. Exam names are used only to describe what I teach.
3. Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 18 and give accurate information. You sign in with your Google account and are responsible for keeping it secure. I may suspend or close an account that is misused.
4. No guarantee of results
I will teach carefully and honestly, including telling you if your practice scores suggest you aren't ready. But I can't guarantee that you will pass or reach any score. Your result depends on many things, including your own preparation. The practice questions and cases are my own and may not match the real exam, so always check the official exam organization's website for current rules and content.
5. Educational use only, not medical advice
Everything I teach and publish is for exam preparation. It is not medical advice and must not be used to make decisions about real patients. Guidelines change, and exam answers can differ from real-world practice.
6. Packages and payment
- Packages are prepaid blocks of hours, priced in US or Canadian dollars as shown when we agree on your purchase.
- I invoice you through PayPal. Your hours are added to your account after I receive payment.
- Your bank or PayPal may charge their own fees or exchange rates, which I don't control.
- Prepaid hours expire six months after payment, unless we agree otherwise in writing.
7. Booking, cancelling, and no-shows
- You book open slots from the calendar using your available hours. Times are shown in your time zone, so please check them.
- You can cancel a session from your dashboard up to 48 hours before it starts. The hours return to your balance.
- If you cancel later than that, or don't attend, the hours are used. I'm happy to make exceptions for genuine emergencies, at my discretion.
- If you arrive late, the session still ends at its scheduled time.
- If I need to cancel or move a session, I'll give you as much notice as I can and either reschedule it or return the hours.
8. Refunds
- If you ask at least 7 days before your first booked session (or before booking any), I'll refund your payment in full.
- Once sessions have begun, hours already delivered aren't refundable. Unused hours can be moved to a later date, but aren't refunded, unless I cancelled or couldn't deliver the sessions.
- Refunds go back to the PayPal account that paid.
9. How to use the sessions and materials
- Sessions and materials are for your own personal study. Please don't record sessions without my permission, and don't share, resell, or post my materials.
- Real exam content. Exam organizations forbid sharing actual exam questions. Please don't ask me to discuss questions you remember from a real exam, and I won't.
- Use your own question bank and software subscriptions. Don't share logins with me or anyone else.
- Be respectful. I may end sessions or close an account for abusive behavior.
10. Ownership
The website, the practice questions, cases, notes, and other materials I create belong to me. You may use them for your own study. Third-party names, logos, and exam materials belong to their owners.
11. Using the website
Please don't try to break or bypass the site's security, scrape it, overload it, send spam through the forms, or pretend to be someone else.
12. Disclaimers and limits
The service is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, I'm not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for exam results, delays, or missed opportunities, and my total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid me for the services that gave rise to it. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that can't legally be excluded, or limits any rights you have under mandatory consumer law where you live.
13. Privacy
How I handle your information is explained in the Privacy Policy.
14. Changes and ending
I may update these terms, and the new version will be posted here with a new date. If you keep using the service after a change, you accept it. You can stop using the service at any time. I can stop providing it to you if you break these terms, and I'll refund any unused prepaid hours unless the reason was your misconduct.
